1 cup of nuts** 1/2 cup of coconut flakes 12 pitted medjool dates 1-2 tbsp cacao (i used the Gula Java Coconut Blossom Energy & Cacao because I had no cacao powder) 1 tbsp of coconut oil 4 tbsp of nut butter 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp of cinnamon 1/2 tsp of tumeric
Place the cup of nuts + the coconut flakes in the food processor (or blender, i just find a food processor a bit easier to work with) until the nuts are broken down to small pieces
Then add all the other ingredients
Shape into a size of a golf ball
I then chose to roll them in coconut, oats, cacao, chia, poppy seeds, coconut sugar, ..
* * I mostly use almonds or/and cashews, because they are my favourite.. if you wanna go for the most energy possible, I would recommend almonds or walnuts
