WILD HONEY AND LEMON

2 - I N G R E D I E N T F U D G E

All you need:

  • 200 g pitted medjool dates

  • 170 g nuts of your choice

 

Instructions:

  1. Throw the nuts in a blender/food processor and mix for about a minute

  2. Add the dates and blend until smooth (this may take around 10 minutes)

  3. Line a baking tray and spread the mixture until 1 cm thick

  4. Freeze for an hour

  5. Take out of the freezer and cut into bite-sized pieces

  6. Store in the freezer (or fridge for a softer consistency)

  7. ENJOY.

 

Tipp: These are the perfect treat, or even the perfect christmas present. Surprise your friends with something home-made, or hang on your christmas tree.
