WILD HONEY AND LEMON

A C A I B O W L

Makes 2 servings:

 

- 4-5 frozen bananas

- 40ml of Acai Juice (of course you can also use powder, or the frozen packets)

- 1/3 cup of oat milk (or any other)

 

1. Blend all these ingredients together

2. Now you can choose on your own whatever else to add - extra fruit, superfoods, nut butters, etc.

 

In this one, I added:

- 1/2 cup of raspberries 

- 1/3 cup of beetroot juice

- 1 tbsp of protein powder

- 1 tbsp of greens powder

- 1 tbsp of a cacao-coconut sugar blend

 

3. Add all ingredients, and blend until smooth, then add your toppings.

 

Toppings:

- Cereal/musli

- 1 tbsp of peanut butter

- Banana

- Quinoa Pops

- Mulberries

- Vivani 75% Chocolate
