WILD HONEY AND LEMON

B A N A N A P O P S I C L E S

What you need:

 

– Bananas (as many as you like)
– 5 tbsp of coconut oil (melted)
– 4 tbsp of sweetener (agave, maple, honey, …)
– 3 tbsp of cacao powder

 

 

 

  1. Start by peeling some very ripe bananas

  2. Cut them in half, and insert a stick at least halfway through the banana

  3. Put them in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours (I’d recommend overnight though)

  4. Before taking out the bananas, start making the chocolate and mix together the coconut oil + the sweetener over very low heat, then add the cacao powder

  5. Taste for sweetness and consistency of the chocolate! If too runny: add some more cacao (you don’t want it to be thick though), if not sweet enough: add another tbsp of whatever you chose to use

  6. Pour the chocolate into a cup and let it cool a bit

  7. Take out the banana popsicles and dip into the chocolate

  8. Top with coconut, puffed grains, chopped nuts, bee pollen, …
