Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

What you'll need for 2 servings:

Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:

- 3 frozen bananas

- 1/3 cup of yogurt of your choice

- 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice (depending on how lemony you like it)

- 1 tsp of vanilla powder

Toppings:

- Cereal (I used crunchy musli + oats + puffed quinoa)

- Chia seeds

- Nuts

- Goji berries

- 1/2 banana

- Drizzle of honey

- I also love adding some nut butter, berries, chocolate, protein powder, acai, etc. (i just didn't have any of these at home)

1. Mix all smoothie bowl ingredients, and blend (make sure your blender is suitable for frozen food) - scrape down the sides to ensure its all smooth

2. Now top with your favourite fruit, superfoods, honey/agave/maple, etc.
