WILD HONEY AND LEMON

Serves 4

 

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of oats
- 1/2 – 1 cup of mixed nuts and seeds – i used walnuts, almonds, chia, flax, pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 raisins or other dried fruit (optional)
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 grated apple

- 1-2 banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Water or milk of your choice

- 30-50 ml of orange juice (depending on how strong you want to taste the orange)
- about 300g of yogurt

  1. Combine all dry ingredients, then add just enough milk (or water) to cover the mixture, and let sit for a few minutes

  2. Add the yogurt, grated apple, banana & honey and combine with the dry ingredients - add more yogurt or honey if desired

  3. Top with more fruit, seeds, honey, agave, etc.
