CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Easy AND healthy .. the best combination. 

 

Ingredients:

- 100g of chocolate (I use Vivanis 75% sweetened with coconut sugar)

- The water of one chickpea can 

 

Directions:

  1. Drain the chickpeas 

  2. Whisk chickpea water until it looks like beaten egg-white

  3. In the meantime melt the chocolate over boiling water 

  4. Let the chocolate cool down to room temperature, then mix it into the chickpea mix

  5. Fold the chocolate in slowly, then pour into small jars or cups

  6. Let sit for at least 1 hour, preferably 2 or overnight, as the chickpea taste will fade. (Also: i don’t recommend you to try the mixture before it’s been sitting in the fridge for a while, you may not like it 😅)
