If you love chocolate and banana as much as I do, you won’t regret trying these .. ✨ I’ve a real sweet tooth, and crave something sweet after every meal .. these are just perfect for a quick chocolate fix 😊

INGREDIENTS:
3 banana
1/2 cup spelt flour
3 tbsp coconut sugar
3 tbsp of coconut oil
3 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp of rice malt
3 tbsp of nut butter
3 tbsp of milk (I use oat milk)
2 tbsp of chia seeds
45g melted chocolate
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
Choc chunks
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180C
Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl
Mash the 3 bananas (either with a fork, or put it into a plastic snack bag, and mash with your hands until smooth)
Heat the chocolate, and coconut oil over boiling water, then add all wet ingredients
Add in the chocolate chunks
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Pour into your liked muffin tins
Bake for 15 mins, and let cool
