It’s been so beautiful here in Austria these past 2 weeks, therefore popsicles are just the right treat..
Flavor-wise you can choose whatever you like, but here’s one idea on how to make them ..
What you need:
500g greek yogurt (or use coconut if you’re vegan/lactose free)
3 tbsp of maple/agave syrup or honey
1 ripe banana
2-3 tbsp of cashew butter (any nut butter you like/have at home)
1tsp of lemon juice
1 cup of berries (or mango, kiwi, etc.)
Put all ingredients in a blender, but the fruit
Blend until smooth, then pour half the mixture in a cup
Add the fruit to the blender and half the yoghurt mixture and blend
Pour into the popsicle forms
Now it’s up to you, if you want to mix the flavors, or add multiple layers, etc.
Feel free to add in some actual fruit (berries) into the popsicle forms
