Who says you can't have ice cream for breakfast? I say YOU SHOULD, because its too delicious not to!

What you need: (serves 1)

  • 2 frozen bananas (for a really creamy consistency, they should have been in the freezer for at least 3 hours - best: +3 hrs)

  • 2 tbsp of greek yogurt (optional - use coconut yogurt if vegan)

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder

Toppings: i used banana, berries, granola, chia seeds, peanut butter and my homemade nutella spread, peanuts.


  1. Put the 2 frozen bananas, yogurt and vanilla in a food processor or high-speed blender - and blend until smooth

  2. Thats it for the ice-cream - now add whatever toppings you want/have at home

  3. ENJOY
