WILD HONEY AND LEMON

B A N A N A  I C E  C R E A M

Ingredients: (serves 1-2)

  • 2 frozen bananas 

  • 2 tbsp of protein powder

  • 2 tbsp of oat milk

 

Toppings:

  • Homemade nutella 

  • Peanut butter

  • Muesli

  • 1/4-1/2 of a banana

  • Berries

  • Toasted coconut flakes

 

Directions:

  1. Throw the frozen bananas and oat milk into a good processor and blend until Tmooth

  2. then add the protein powder, and blend again

  3. Pour in a bowl and top with all your favorite things
