C H O C O L A T E - C H I P  M U F F I N S

These are hands down the best muffins I’ve ever made 😍 so fluffy and delicious ✨ 



  • 1 cup of almond meal

  • 1/3 cup of oat flour

  • 1 tbsp of baking powder

  • 2-3 tbsp of cacao powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/3-1/2 cup of coconut sugar (try the dough before pouring into the muffin form - you want it to be sweet enough as they’ll be less sweet when they’re done)

  • 50-70g of chocolate (chips)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/3 cup of milk (I use oat)

  • 2 tbsp of nut butter

  • 4-5 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp of honey or agave or maple syrup 



  1. Preheat the oven to 180C & line the muffin tray

  2. Combine all dry ingredients (but the chocolate), then add in all wet ingredients - stir well

  3. Add in the chocolate chips, stir again 

  4. Taste for sweetness

  5. Pour into the muffin form

  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes
